By checking the box below, I hereby grant Warner Bros. Studio Operations, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc., and its parent and affiliates (collectively \"Warner\") permission to use in connection with the advertising and marketing of the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood (\u201cTour\u201d), all or any portion of: (a) the statement I made about the Tour; and\/or (b) the photo or video I took while attending the Tour (collectively \u201cContent\u201d).\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>I grant Warner permission to use: (a) my name, \u201chandle\u201d or other identifier that I used on the social media platform where I posted the Content; and (b) my voice, likeness and reaction as depicted in the Content.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>I am the owner of the Content and confirm that all individuals in my Content are residents of the United States and are: (a) at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their respective state of residence; or (b) if such individuals are younger than 18 years of age, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian. I further confirm that each of these individuals has authorized me to make this grant of rights on their behalf.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>I understand the permission I am granting is irrevocable and that the grant permits Warner to use, post, modify, crop, edit, enhance, and\/or combine the Content with other images or text, in all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without conditions, and for no compensation to me or any individuals appearing in my Content.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>I also irrevocably and unconditionally waive in favor of Warner, its assignees and successors the benefit of any provision of law known as \u201cmoral rights\u201d (or any similar or equivalent rights).\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>Nothing herein shall obligate Warner to use all or any portion of the Content.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>Neither this grant, nor the request for this grant, is intended to diminish Warner's right to use the Content if and to the extent it would otherwise be permitted to do so by applicable laws.
