Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

These pages together with our\u00a0Privacy Policy<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Terms of Use<\/a>\u00a0set out all the terms and conditions (the \u201cTerms\u201d) upon which Warner Bros. Studio Operations, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc. (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) provides the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, including without limitation the Superman Experience: Defenders Unite (individually and collectively, the \u201cTour\u201d) to you and your guests (\u201cyou\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d).\u00a0 Please read these Terms carefully before buying a ticket to the Tour (\u201cTicket(s)\u201d). \u00a0By buying a Ticket and\/or gift certificate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n

These Terms apply to the sale of Tickets and\/or gift certificates only and do not apply to the sale of products.<\/p>\n

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood is a behind-the-scenes tour of\u00a0 Warner Bros. Studios where you can explore our iconic backlots, exhibits, as well as soundstages where today\u2019s TV shows and movies are made (the \u201cStudio Tour\u201d).\u00a0 The Superman Experience: Defenders Unite at Warner Bros. Studios is an interactive adventure that combines immersive gameplay, 3D video and sound with physical props, puzzles, and audio-animatronic technology to bring fans into Superman’s world, with photo opportunities and exclusive shopping and food as well (the \u201cSuperman Experience\u201d).<\/p>\n

How to Purchase Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tickets to the Studio Tour, including bundled tickets that include access to the Superman Experience, can be purchased via our website\u00a0at www.wbstudiotour.com<\/a>\u00a0or by telephone at (818) 977-8687.\u00a0 Tickets to just the Superman Experience can be purchased at www.supermanexperience.com<\/a> or by telephone at (855) 522-7715.\u00a0 All persons wishing to visit the Tour must purchase Tickets in advance and pre-book the time and date of their entrance into the Studio Tour with the option for day of purchases as available.\u00a0 All telephone calls made to (818) 977-8687, (855) 522-7715 or (818) 977-1943 (for group bookings) will be charged at local rates.\u00a0 Calls from mobile operators and other networks may vary.<\/p>\n

Payment must be made in full at the time of buying Tickets by credit or debit card.\u00a0 We do not accept checks or cash.<\/p>\n

Upon purchase of Tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF e-ticket. \u00a0Such email constitutes your proof of purchase.\u00a0 Please check that you have received this email following purchase. We take no responsibility should you not receive this email due to reasons outside of our control e.g. junk or spam filtering.\u00a0 The confirmation email or Tickets as applicable must be presented at the entrance of the Tour for entry.<\/p>\n

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on your email confirmation or Tickets (as appropriate) as mistakes cannot always be rectified.\u00a0 When you receive your email confirmation or Tickets, please keep them in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for any Tickets that are lost or stolen.<\/p>\n

Only Tickets purchased directly from us or one of our authorized distributors are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.<\/p>\n

Allocated Entry Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be given the opportunity to select a date and time for arrival at the Tour (an \u201cAllocated Entry Time<\/strong>\u201d) (subject to availability) during the online or telephone booking procedure and this will be shown on your confirmation email or Ticket (as appropriate).\u00a0 A separate Allocated Entry Time must be booked for the Superman Experience.\u00a0 For those wishing to redeem a valid gift certificate, please call (818) 977-8687 or (855) 522-7715, as applicable, to arrange your Allocated Entry Time.\u00a0 It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your Allocated Entry Time.<\/p>\n

You are asked to arrive at the Tour no later than 15 minutes before your Allocated Entry Time although you will not be allowed access into the Tour before your Allocated Entry Time.<\/p>\n

Visitors who miss their Allocated Entry Time are not guaranteed entry to the Tour.\u00a0 Tour staff will advise visitors who have missed their Allocated Entry Time of the next available time slot but at busy times it may not be possible to find a time on the same day in which case it will be necessary to re-book an Allocated Entry Time.<\/p>\n

Once an Allocated Entry Time has been issued, it will be necessary to call (818) 977-8687 or (855) 522-7715, as applicable, for you to change the day and\/or time of entry into the Tour.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to amend an Allocated Entry Time once it has been issued to you but we will endeavor to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary.\u00a0 Should we have to significantly amend your Allocated Entry Time (i.e. by four (4) hours or more), you may choose to accept the new Allocated Entry Time, arrange another mutually agreeable Allocated Entry Time with us via our telephone booking line or cancel the Ticket whereupon we will refund you all the monies you have paid for the Ticket(s) but no further compensation will be paid.<\/p>\n

Ticket Price<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each person entering the Tour must be 5 years of age or older and must present a valid Ticket at the specified Allocated Entry Time in order to enter the Tour.<\/p>\n

Group tickets for parties of fifteen or more for the regular Studio Tour and\/or the Superman Experience may be available at discounted rates. Please contact our group booking telephone line (818) 977-1943 for more information.<\/p>\n

The price of Tickets may vary from time to time.\u00a0 Prices are as stated on the relevant website but are liable to change at any time.\u00a0 When buying Tickets either online or by telephone, the total price will be confirmed.\u00a0 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after we have sent you the email confirmation or Tickets (as appropriate) although we will endeavor to do so as soon as we become aware of the error.<\/p>\n

Ticket prices are in USD.<\/p>\n

Tickets \u2013 General Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

One Ticket purchased entitles one person entry to the Studio Tour on a single occasion. Once you have exited the Studio Tour, you will need to purchase a new Ticket to re-enter the Studio Tour.\u00a0 A separate Ticket must be purchased for entry to the Superman Experience, and each such separate Ticket entitles one person entry to the Superman Experience on a single occasion.\u00a0 Once you have exited the Superman Experience, you will need to purchase a new Ticket to re-play the Superman Experience.<\/p>\n

All persons entering the Tour must hold a valid Ticket that must be retained at all times and must be available for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid Ticket on request may result in your removal from the Tour.<\/p>\n

Tickets remain our property at all times.\u00a0 We reserve the right to require the immediate return of the Tickets at any time and to refuse entry to, or eject from the Tour, any person who fails to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n

Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that we reasonably suspect have been transferred or altered will not be honored. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.<\/p>\n

Tickets will include entry to most, but not necessarily all, areas of the Tour, as we may have to close areas for production needs or to allow for maintenance and updating.\u00a0 A separate Ticket is required for access to the Superman Experience, whether bundled with a Ticket to the Studio Tour or purchased on a standalone basis.<\/p>\n

From time to time, we may decide at our absolute discretion to issue tickets under special promotions (\u201cPromotional Tickets<\/strong>\u201d) but Promotional Tickets will be available subject to availability and subject to any terms and conditions affecting the particular promotion.<\/p>\n

Gift Certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gift certificates are available for purchase via telephone or in person.<\/p>\n

A gift certificate entitles one person to visit the Studio Tour and\/or the Superman Experience. \u00a0Before visiting the Tour, the gift certificate holder must phone the booking line at (818) 977-8687 or (855) 522-7715, as applicable, to book his or her Allocated Entry Time. Timeslots are subject to availability. \u00a0All individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n

Please be aware that only one gift certificate recipient can be entered per transaction. If you are intending to send gift certificates to different addresses please book each one as a separate transaction.<\/p>\n

For gift certificates bought by telephone, you have the option to choose to have gift certificates sent to you via postal carrier or e-mail.\u00a0 We take no responsibility should you not receive gift certificates due to the failing of the Post Office or other third-party delivery service.<\/p>\n

Please protect the gift certificate and treat it as cash. We cannot be held liable for gift certificates which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.<\/p>\n

Ticket Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Should you wish to cancel a Ticket, you must notify us immediately by telephone at (818) 977-8687 or (855) 522-7715, as applicable, upon which the email confirmation or Tickets shall become void.\u00a0 We are under no obligation to issue refunds where a Ticket has been canceled by you but, notwithstanding this, any such refund shall be entirely at our discretion.<\/p>\n

In rare circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a Ticket but we will endeavor to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary.\u00a0 Should we have to cancel your Ticket we will refund you all the monies you have paid to us.<\/p>\n

Local Southern California Ticket Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tickets valid January 5, 2026 \u2013 July 5, 2026, subject to black-out, closure and special event dates when Tickets cannot be used. Purchase & visitation must occur by July 5, 2026. Purchaser must reside within zip codes 90000-93599. Limit of 6 tickets per purchase. Proof of residency required at Will Call with valid photo ID showing address of purchaser. If residency cannot be confirmed, you may be charged the full priced ticket at Will Call. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use. Offer may not be combined with other ticket discounts or promotions. Subject to capacity, restrictions and change without notice.\u00a0 Ticket provides access to the Studio Tour only.<\/p>\n

Our Status<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that, in some cases, we accept orders on behalf of third party sellers (e.g. Starline Tours; Fever).\u00a0 The resulting legal contract is between you and that third party seller, and is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party seller, which they will advise you of themselves.\u00a0 You should carefully review their terms and conditions applying to the transaction.<\/p>\n

We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not.\u00a0 We cannot give any representation or warranty that products you purchase from third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect our statutory rights against the third party seller.<\/p>\n

Children<\/strong><\/p>\n

Children (under 5 years of age) are not permitted on the Tour.\u00a0 All minors, ages 5 \u2013 17, must be accompanied by a person aged 18 years or over while on the Tour.<\/p>\n

Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n

A variety of special effects (including sudden loud effects and strobe lighting) may be used in certain areas within the Tour.\u00a0 It is recommended that visitors with high blood pressure, heart conditions or other pre-existing medical conditions ask the Tour staff for further details and avoid areas of the Tour at which such special effects may be located.<\/p>\n

The Superman Experience uses high-definition 3D and motion simulation, and the 3D glasses required for the full experience will be provided.\u00a0 Participation in the Superman Experience may at times involve intense physical exertion, which could result in unexpected changes to the cardiovascular system, including without limitation abnormalities of blood pressure or heart rate; chest, arm, or leg discomfort; transient light-headedness or fainting; and in rare instances series bodily injury.\u00a0 The Superman Experience is not recommended for individuals who have medical sensitivity to flashing lights or strobe effects.\u00a0 Guests are advised to consult a doctor if they have any questions or concerns about whether participation in the Superman Experience is appropriate based on their current health status.<\/p>\n

By participating in the Tour, guests acknowledge they understand these risks and warnings, and have agreed to accept all risks, both specifically identified and unknown.\u00a0From time to time the Tour staff also may draw visitors\u2019 attention to certain health and safety procedures to which visitors must adhere including fire evacuation.<\/p>\n

Your Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n

While you and other Ticket holders are on the Tour and our premises, you and your guests must comply with all directions of our staff, relevant health and safety notices, security requirements and policies and announcements made available to you.<\/p>\n

Any breach of any of these Terms or any unacceptable behavior by you or your guests that is likely to cause damage, nuisance, injury to any other visitor or member of our staff or to the Tour itself shall give rise to the right of the Tour staff to eject you immediately from the Tour.<\/p>\n

We shall have the right to refuse admission or to eject you and any other Ticket holder from the Tour if in our reasonable opinion, granting you admission might be a risk to our property, the safety of others and\/or affect the enjoyment of the Tour by others and include, without limitation, where there is a breach of the following rules:<\/p>\n
