Special Assistance
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood works hard to welcome all guests by creating an accessible environment for everyone who visits.
If you or a member of your group has questions regarding special assistance, please contact us prior to your visit so that we may provide you with the best possible service.
Wheelchairs
Our carts support most wheelchair types. If you need a wheelchair during the tour, please let us know. We loan wheelchairs free of charge.
Service Dogs
We welcome service dogs on studio tours. Please contact the Tour Center before your visit and notify them of your service dog. Note that other animals and pets are not allowed.
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters
Warner Bros. Studio makes ASL interpreters available to guests as needed. If you need an interpreter, contact the Tour Center 72 hours before your tour to ensure that we can make arrangements.
